ZTE is preparing to launch the successor of the Nubia Z9, the Nubia Z11 . The first time that this device has appeared was in November and we could tell that the brand will move in the same direction of the Nubia Z9 in what concerns to the design, like the bezel-less screen.
Now the Nubia Z11 reappear in new images and a rear camera with a design slightly different from what we are used to.
This big difference in design is what appears to be a dual rear camera with a dual flash. Dual-rear cameras have repeatedly come in and out of preference in the flagship smartphone space and are typically used to allow for adjustable depth and focus even after a picture has been taken.
Although we are still waiting for official pictures of this smartphone, these front panel images were seen at CES 2016 and coincide well with the latest revealed images. The bezel-less screen design is is accomplished by making use of the company’s own Frame Interactive Technology (FIT) display.
Previously rumored specifications point to a 5.2-inch QHD display, Snapdragon 820 SoC, 4GB of RAM, a 21 megapixel rear camera, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow on board, so we’re looking at a fully-fledged flagship here. The source behind the renders claims that the Nubia Z11 will be official announced on January 18th.
