Finally arrives the ZTE Grand S successor. After revealing the Grand S II mystery we confirm that this device wants to be even better than the Grand S: 5.5-inch 1080p display, a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 processor, 16GB of storage, a 13MP camera and a 3,000 mAh battery.
However the news aren’t just the hardware because the software also suffer an excellent upgrade like on the voice recognition.
Previously, ZTE has said that the device will feature intelligent voice control technology, powered by three separate microphones. You would be able to unlock the device using voice actions, and the company mentioned “voice-to-phone photography,” which is just taking photos with your voice. But ZTE has something a little more interesting than that.
Unlike the equipments like the Moto X that only allows the recognition of one user, the ZTE promises that this new device will allow the recognition of several users at the same time. This will allow others to unlock your phone, though I wonder if ZTE will take it further and create features around recognizing multiple voices. It also features a My-drive mode, which allows for quicker hands-free use of the device while driving.
There isn’t still a specific date for the release of this device but it will not be longer to show up at the market. The Android that comes installed is the 4.3 what could be a mistake by ZTE because of the new versions of the Google Operative System.
