Sony will be having a press-conference on September 2nd in Berlin at a pre-IFA event. It is supposed to announce a new devices such as the Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Compact.
Recently, we saw a promotional photo for the Xperia Z5 Compact and now Sony began teasing some advanced focusing features for the Xperia X5. And, yeserday @evleaks shared some interesting intel on the upcoming Xperia Z5 line up which is also rumored to include a third member – the Xperia Z5 premium or Xperia Z5+.
This new premium member is rumored to pack a 5.5-inch screen with 4K display. Yes, you read it right. It us not a Quad HD a.k.a 1440p display as seen on the flagship product such as LG G4 or Samsung Galaxy Note 5 but a full-blown 4K a.k.a 2160p screen with resolution 800ppi.
The picture you see above are some live photos of the alleged Sony Xperia Z5 Premium. However, there is no guarantee for their authenticity but from the picture, we can see the company’s design language, adding an unique twist with its metal black.
All three Xperia Z5 phones are expected to introduce a new 23MP camera with 1/2.2″ sensor, f/1.8 aperture, improved autofocus and optical image stabilization. They are also expected to pack fingerprint sensors.
While the Sony Georgia account on Facebook isn’t an official one, @evleaks says its information coincides with the tips he is receiving.
