These are good news for Verizon users, at least for the ones who have Motorola Moto E (2nd gen)!
The american carrier began seeding the Android 5.1 Lollipop update for these Motorola smartphones. The firmware will come with the software version number 23.11.17.
This new update brings several improvements in what concerns to the user interface in this device. They include tweaked volume settings panel icons, added pull-down controls for Wi-FI access or Bluetooth devices, and increased minimum swipe distance for reduced accidental interactions.
Interruption volume control settings have also been enhanced. Factory reset protection wraps up the key highlights in the update changelog.
This update comes a little bit late. The update for the global version of the Moto E (2nd gen) was already released a month ago.
