The next device from the house of Google is still shrouded by mystery. The only thing known is that there will be two devices, one from the house of Huawei and other from the house of LG. Well, as of now, the hardware specs is still a mystery but a leaked benchmark test image sheds some light on the hardware performance.
Antutu Benchmark is a very popular and widely used benchmarking tool. It is a comprehensive android benchmarking application. It includes “Memory Performance”, “CPU Integer Performance”, “CPU Floating Point Performance”, “2D 3D Graphics Performance”, “SD card read-write speed”, “Database IO” performance testing etc. and generates a score which can be used as a reference about how the device performs. A high score usually indicates high-performance hardware and software.
Recenty, some screenshots of the Antutu benchmark score of the new LG handset has surfaced online. The screenshot is given below. We can see the new device scores 85530, the highest recorded by any devices so far, and is miles ahead of the Samsung flagship Galaxy Note 4 and the Meizu MX4. It could mean that LG is using the next-gen top-of-the-line chip for it’s new device.
As it’s evident from the screenshot, the device will be named Nexus 5. Maybe Nexus 5(2015) or Nexus 5(2nd Gen) to avoid the confusion. Also, as seen in the image, it’ll have a full-HD display instead of QHD.
A score of 85530 is ridiculously high on Antutu. A powerhouse is coming soon in the market.
