Sony just announced the Xperia Z3+ for an international launch. The smartphone should look familiar as it’s essentially an international version of the Xperia Z4, which launched in Japan.
Not only is the Xperia Z3+ waterproof, but it’s also incredibly light and slim, clocking in at just 144g and 6.9mm respectively. As for other specifications of the Xperia Z3+, you’ll be able to capture special moments utilizing the 20.7MP rear shooter and 5MP selfie machine.
Sony installed the Snapdragon 810 octa-core 64-bit processor to power through your favorite apps and states the battery should hold out for up to two days (depending on use, of course). The 5.2-inch 1080p display ensures everything displayed on-screen looks as great.
That all said, it’s not a huge upgrade from the Xperia Z3, hence the branding Sony has opted for. Interested in the new Xperia Z3+? Sony will make the smartphone available globally in June.
