The news about Samsung using Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 chipset in the Galaxy S7, started a few weeks ago. But now, a new information seems to be confirming this possibility.
It seems that Samsung it’s putting the Snapdragon 820 through some testings. These tests will determine if Samsung will use this Qualcomm chipset in the Galaxy S7 or not.
At the moment things seem to be going well, which means we may once again see a Samsung flagship with two SoC choices, each offered in certain markets only. This could has something to do with the performance of the Exynos 7420 and with the overheating problems that the Snapdragon 810 encounters.
