The rumor about the Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S6 edge+ is keep leaking almost every day. Interestingly enough, a lot of what was previously established about the dual-edge phablet is to turn to dust as new info keep surfacing.
The latest comes courtesy of a Geekbench entry, which states that the chipset runs the Galaxy S6 edge+ is the home-brewed Exynos 7420, the same found inside the smaller duo the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 edge.
Well, this is not the first time we’ve heard that Samsung’s own SoC may be used but the latest rumor out of Vietnam wasn’t backed by any tangible evidence, so we may feel skeptical about it.
From the Geekbench, it is quoting 4GB RAM onboard together with 8-cores Samsung SoC and Android 5.1.1. Some information may be conflicting with previous leak we’ve heard.
Either way, all of this will be cleared on August 13th when the next Samsung Unpack Event is set to be held and the curtains will be pulled on these duo superstar on a stage.
