The Samsung Galaxy View already had an image leaked last month, when Samsung teased the new device. That picture wasn’t the best, with a black background, there wasn’t much to analyze from it. Now this has changed as new images were released today, this time showcasing everything the new tablet as to offer.
Looking at said pictures, we see a massive 18.4 inches screen which is the main sell point, and a slick back stand attached that keeps your tablet at a vertical and horizontal angle. It also has a handle incorporated so you can carry the huge tablet with ease. Another thing that pops to the eye is the lack of a physical home button, which was a known characteristic for the Samsung Line. Samsung might have thought the button to look unimpressive in such a big tablet, so they discarded it.
There’s still no information about the specifications, but a previous leak claimed that it would run a 1920×1080 display resolution, octa-core Exynos processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, a 2-megapixel front camera, a 5700mAh battery and Android 5.1.1. Again, this is not confirmed, but if it turns out to be correct, it would place the View in a mid-range tier.
