As if you weren’t sure enough that you were going to see a new LG Nexus on Google’s event that’s going to happen today with doors opening at 4:30pm , well , this pretty much sums up everything.
Going through the FCC’s (Federal Communications Comission) , the LG Nexus 5X isn’t going to stay hidden for much longer .
New FCC documents confirms that there are two versions of the 5X , the LG H790 and the LG H791 , with both versions supporting CDMA/GSM/LTE , Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi a/b/g/n/ac , dual band , NFC and featuring a 5.2” screen.
FCC documents also says that the H791 has a 4.4” screen , but this is most likely a typo.
Just like the 2-year old Nexus 5 , the 5X will probably come in two variants , a US variant and a Global one.
Currently , the 5X will support the following bands :
- 2G: 850/1900MHz
- 3G: Band 2/4/5
- LTE (H790): FD-LTE: Band 2(1900MHz)/4(1700MHz)/5(850MHz)/7(2600MHz)/12(700MHz)/13 (700MHz)/17 (700MHz)/25 (1900MHz)/26 (850MHz), TD-LTE: Band 41(2500MHz)
The big Android event that’s happening today will definitely be a game changer , since new phones are going to be released to the public giving us more to choose from.
