HTC One M9e will be ready soon, details found on China’s TENNA website indicate that a phone code-named M9e could deliver high-end hardware wrapped in a plastic shell.
According to a report from Engadget China, which was the first to spot the device, it has almost the same specs as that of the One M9+, MediaTek chipset with 2.2 GHz octacore processor, 5.2-inch Quad HD display, 3GB RAM, 20MP main camera, UltraPixel front shooter, microSD card slot, and fingerprint reader. However, there is no Duo Camera. Photos appear to suggest it is built out of plastic, which means we should see a lower price than One M9+ at launch.
There’s no word from HTC on when the One M9e will release and HTC has not confirmed any details, but we hope this version will be sold in more markets than the One M9+, not only in Asia.
