Meizu has just announced its new smartphone in China, the Meizu Pro 5!
This smartphone comes with a 5.7″ Super AMOLED screen of 1080p resolution. On top, the company is using a 2.5D curved glass for extra smooth swipes. At the back, there’s a 21MP camera powered by the Sony IMX230 sensor, which measures 1/2.4 inches in size. At the front there’s a 5MP snapper.
Besides that, the Meizu Pro 5 also comes with a Samsung Exynos 7420 and you can have either 3GB or 4GB of RAM depending if you go for the 32GB or 64GB model. In both models, there’s a microSD card slot for further expand the storage.
The Pro 5 also comes with a USB type C port on the bottom of the phone. Combined with the mCharge fast charging technology, the phone’s 3050mAh battery goes from 0-65% in just 30 minutes. Flyme 5 on top of Android 5.1 Lollipop is what powers the Pro 5.
The Meizu Pro 5 will be available on October 12. The 32GB/3GB of RAM version will cost $439 (CNY2800), while the 64GB/4GB of RAM will retail for $490 (CNY3100).
