Vivo X5Max was presented last year in December and now there is an improvement to it with bigger battery and new hardware.
The Vivo X5Max had a 5.5 inch 1080p display with a Snapdragon 615 chin with an Octa Core processor within a 4.75mm shell. The major let down was the 2000mAh battery and some reports of overheating were also around.
So Vivo decided to update it with a more usable version, thus the X5Max+. The design is pretty much the same but the hardware as changed a bit. It has a MediaTek MT6752 with an 1.7GHz Cortex A53 Octa Core, a Mali-T760MP2 GPU, 2GB of RAM and the well deserved increase of battery capacity to 2300mAh.
Due to all the new hardware under the hood the X5Max+ has gotten a little thicker now with a 5.1mm shell. It runs Android KitKat and it will set you back exactly as much as the X5Max, CNY 2998 (around 430€).
