A few days ago LG introduced the K series at CES 2016. This K series is for nice-looking affordable phones sold for the low to midrange markets.
With cheaper processors becoming faster and more than enough for performing day-to-day tasks, more and more mid-range smartphones are starting to appeal to consumers.
In their event at CES, LG introduced the LG K7 and the K10 besides that, we now know that the brand also plans to launch three other smartphones: the K8, the K5 and K4.
So far the only information we have is regarding the K10 and the K7. These bring a smoother and brighter design achieved with the new LG 2.5D curved screen. This harmonious style is also achieved by the lack of buttons on the sides of the devices. Like other smartphones from LG, the K7 brings the ‘tap and shot’ and ‘gesture interval shot’.
The LG K7 comes with a 5-inch FWVGA display with 2.5D Arc Glas, 1.1GHz/1.3GHz Quad-Core processor, 1.5GB/1GB RAM, 16GB/8GB built-in storage, 2,125mAh battery, 8MP rear camera, and 5MP selfie camera. It’s available in 3G or LTE variant.
The LG K10 comes with a slightly bigger 5.3-inch screen, 1.3GHz Quad-Core/1.14GHz Octa-Core processor, 13MP/8MP rear camera, 8MP/5MP front camera, up to 2GB RAM, 16GB/8GB onboard storage, 2,300mAh battery, and LTE or 3G connectivity.
