LG unveiled its next mid-range smartphone, the G4 Beat. This smartphone was previously leaked as LG G4 S and it comes with the same design as the last LG flagship.
This new smartphone comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset, 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of expandable storage, and 5.2” 1080p IPS LCD display. The G4 Beat runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with LG UX 4.0 out of the box.
In some regions, the G4 Beat will use an 8MP rear snapper with Color Spectrum Sensor and Laser Auto Focus, but in Latin America markets it will get a variant with 13MP camera. The front-facing camera is a 5MP unit with Gesture Interval Shot.
In what concerns to the connectivity, this device comes with 4G LTE support along with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, NFC, and GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS. The handset measures 9.85mm thick and houses a 2,300 mAh removable battery
The LG G4 Beat will arrive to Europe and Latin America in Metallic Silver, Ceramic White and Shiny Gold. After that, it will reach Canada, India, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Turkey and other markets. However there isn’t any information about its price.
