Yesterday LG released a new Android Wear app in the Google Play store.
Under the name LG Call, the app will allow users view recent calls, favorites, and a dial pad on an Android Wear smartwatch that’s paired with a smartphone. The app will even let you make a call without having to pull your phone out. There is also an option to transfer a call from your watch to your phone. However LG Call only works with the LG Watch Urbane right now, leaving behind the LG G Watch R and LG G Watch.
While having a full dial pad on a smartwatch looks a little strange, LG Watch Urbane owners may appreciate the ability to quickly start a phone call without having to pull their phone out of their pocke.
