Acer it’s brand that certainly isn’t known for smartphones, perhaps you will associate this brand to computers. But Acer isn’t a beginner in this market and the Taiwanese company is nor working on a new device, a phablet.
This new phablet should be called Liquid Z630 and the specifications were leaked by a benchmark, which means that there is already a prototype.
According to this informations we can tell that this is a mid range phablet. It will be packed with a 5.5-inch 720p touchscreen, an 8 MP rear camera with LED flash, an 8 MP selfie snapper too, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of built-in storage, Bluetooth, a compass, GPS, Wi-Fi, and a gyroscope. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.
In what concerns to the chipset, this is a MediaTek’s MT6735, boasting a 1.3 GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU and ARM Mali-T720 GPU. Since the SoC supports 4G LTE connectivity,the Acer Liquid Z630 probably will come with that too.
