If you were expecting to see the Huawei P8 at the MWC, probably that shouldn’t be possible! Some informations says that the Huawei P8 will not be at the event. But that doesn’t mean that this device will not have a release date, that will be on April 15 at a separate event in London.
There is very few informations on this device but some sources says that it will have a “porcelain texture”, a 5.2″ 1080p display and a 13MP optically stabilized camera. The flagship is set to be powered by the in-house Kirin 930 chipset, which packs an octa-core 64-bit processor and will be built on a 16nm process courtesy of TSMC.
Despite the absence of the Huawei P8 at the MWC, the company will show some other devices like tablets (reportedly the M-Series will be introduced) and wearables. There’s also room for mid-rangers in the Honor and G series and a some rumor of a Huawei Mate 7 Compact.
