Huawei’s Honor 4A was leaked a couple of times in Chinese regulatory firm, TENAA’s listing. Huawei has finally decided to reveal the device. The company has announced a new phone in a press conference in China.
According to My Drivers, the phone sports a 5-inch screen with a resolution of 1280×720 and the device is powered by a relatively mild Snapdragon 210 processor which will be clocked at 1.1 GHz but according to report from Gsmarena, the phone’s processor will be assisted by 2GB RAM, which is pretty generous for a budget phone. The device comes with 8GB ROM which can be expanded using a MicroSD card.
The device is reported to come with Android 5.1 out of the box. On the camera front, the device will sport an 8 Megapixel primary camera and a 2Megapixel front facing snapper. The device is available in China as of now and will come with a total of three variants, two 4G LTE variants and one 3G variant. The 3G version will cost around CNY 599(Roughly Rs.6,100) and one of the 4G variant costs 699CNY (Roughly Rs.7,200).
Launching the phone, Huawei has not yet announced any firm availability details for Huawei Honor 4A outside China. But we could soon be seeing the phone in stores.
