The mobile market doesn’t sleep and the last released devices still are very fresh and there are already new rumours about the upcoming equipments.
It’s expected that the year 2016 brings several good things to the Android world. One of tem s the Samsung Galaxy S7, a device that it’s already making its rounds on the online rumours. The last Galaxy devices were presented by the South Korean brand at this year MWC, in Las Vegas.
We don’t know if Samsung will do same as this year and announced the new member of the Galaxy family at the MWC next year, but there are some new rumours about this new device.
Samsung it’s developing a new device under the code name Project Lucky and some sources say that this will be the Galaxy S7. This new smartphone should be a revolution never seen in a mobile device. The Galaxy S6 comes with a Samsung chipset, the Exynos 7420but its successor should come with a Qualcomm chipset, a Snapdragon 820.
This information was revealed by a benchmark test made on this smartphone prototype. According to the image below, the name of the device matches the code name of the new Samsung handset.
In this AnTuTu benchmark screenshot we can see that this possible Galaxy S7 brings a very interesting specifications, like a Snapdragon 820 chipset, a 4GB RAM, a 5,7 inches screen with a 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution, which means that this should be a QHD screen.
Besides this, we can also see that this possible Galaxy S7 will also be equipped with a 64 GB internal memory, a 16 MP back camera and a 5 MP front camera. It will run Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.
However, don’t take this specifications to serious. Until Samsung announce this device there could be several changes.
