If you have a Galaxy S5 can now get your hands on an unofficial CM 12.1 ROM based on Google’s latest Lollipop firmware. Compatible with both the international and CDMA models, the ROM brings everything you would expect to get with an Android 5.1upgrade.
This isn’t an official CyanogenMod ROM but it’s very stable on the Galaxy S5. Many of its initial bugs have already been quashed, and according to feedback from users on Reddit and the XDA Developers forum, it works very well.
Some of the features and improvements baked into this ROM include HD voice for those on T-Mobile and Verizon, greater control over notifications, the ability to switch between Wi-Fi and Bluetooth networks from within Quick Settings, and more.
The ROM, CM 12.1 can be flashed on compatible Galaxy S5 handsets with an unlocked bootloader and custom recovery.
