After releasng the Galaxy Folder flip-phone series a couple years ago, Samsung has outed its successor known as Galaxy Folder. The new clam shell series of Android smartphone is currently only available in the company’s home country of South Korea.
Talking about specifications, the new phone will sports 3.8-inch touchscreen display with 8GB internal memory. It can be extended up to 128GB. The camera will features 8MP rear unit and 2MP front shooter. The smartphone will be powered by 1,800 detachable battery.
The tech giant said in their press release “The folding-style designed combined with smartphone features, including the Internet, messenger and social networking services will add to the device’s convenience”. It isn’t ye known if and when the new Galaxy Folder will be available outside of the country but the price in its hometown is $255.
This announcement comes just a day after LG announce LG Gentle – a flip phone running on the latest Android 5.1 Lollipop.
