Updates and new features are something that tend to wane as time passes after the release of a new version of an operating system, but Android Marshmallow “insists” on being different and this time features a new characteristic in terms of definitions. For those who love to put shortcuts on the home screen instead there is a single icon for the settings.
These shortcuts are accessible from the list of widgets and to use them you just need to scroll down to find them.
Icons are 1×1 and can be choose settings such as battery, WiFi, lantern and many others. They all have the same external shape, but internally have a halo on the shortcut itself.
It may seems ridiculous to have an icon on the home screen eg for silence, but certainly it will be useful like when you have to go in a hurry for a meeting or something important.
