The Google support page revealed that Android TV apps will have to be reviewed and only after that they can be on Play Store to download. Google explains that its team will screen apps “for usability with a DPAD (apps) and Gamepad (games only) and other quality guidelines.”
This action mkes sense if we think about Google TV. Those reviews make sense because this way they will ensure that all the apps works and only after that they will be available for the users. This will smooth the user experience and helping to give Android TV a better shot at success.
