The Chinese manufacturer Oppo, has officially announced the R1, a new addition to its mid-range smartphone club.
Oppo R1 sports a 5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6582 chipset with a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor along with 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory.
Oppo’s latest addition comes with an 8 megapixel rear camera with F/2.0 wide aperture.
Furthermore, there is a 5 megapixel front facing camera and the smartphone runs on the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean-based Color OS. Oppo R1 measures 142.7 x 70.4 x 7.1 and weighs about 140 grams with its 2,410 mAh battery.
